What is a Deep Dive?
A Deep Dive is our most comprehensive analysis. It processes lengthy conversation histories to identify complex manipulation patterns like Gaslighting, Goalpost Moving, and FOG (Fear, Obligation, Guilt) over time. It requires more computational power, hence the higher credit cost.
Can I rollover unused credits?
On subscription plans (Guardian and Strategist), unused monthly credits do not rollover. However, credits purchased via the "Credit Top-Up" pack never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is depleted.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All analysis is performed on encrypted servers and data is anonymized. We do not use your personal conversations to train public AI models.
